Selection of travel dates |
| 1. Select the route. the category and number of vehicles. as well as the travel date and train departure time. 2. Add your outward journey selection to the shopping basket. 3. Make a reservation for the return journey now. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to do so. If you only want to book the outward journey. go straight to point 4. 4. Click on "Next" to view the content of your shopping basket. If everything is correct. you can confirm your selection by clicking on "Next". |

Booking confirmation |

Fares |
| The fares indicated are per vehicle and direction including passengers. Reservation fee and 8% VAT. By booking a return ticket. you save CHF 10.00 on the reservation fee. |

Reservation deadline |
| Online reservations can be made up to 5 days before departure for travel within Switzerland and up to 7 days before departure for travel abroad. Reservations can be made at short notice on the Kandersteg – Iselle route (up to 7 hours beforehand) and up to 1 day before departure of the train on the Iselle – Kandersteg route by phoning +41 58 327 41 50 and paying by credit card. |

Cancellation of reservation |
If you are unable to set out on the journey on the agreed date. please contact your booking agent immediately. You can cancel the requested reservation online at The date on which the cancellation is received is the decisive factor where the calculation of cancellation costs is concerned: 23 to 15 days before departure: 30%. 14 to 8 days before departure: 50%. 7 days to 1 day before departure: 90%. No-show: 100% of the fare. The reservation fee will not be refunded. We need the original ticket to reimburse you. |
